  • ...and more

Feature Overview

The Tap4Help main menu gives you one-tap access to all of the Tap4Help features that have been enabled by the developer.
The Tap4Help system allows developers to maintain up-to-date frequently asked questions that you can access quickly within the application without having to wait for a web page to load.
The Tap4Help support request system is implemented in native code (making it very fast!) and is integrated directly into the application.

With Tap4Help support requests you can:
  • Ask a question
  • Suggest a feature
  • Report a bug
  • See the status of past requests
...all without ever leaving the application that you are using.
The Tap4Help support request system allows you to see your request and the responses that have been entered from both you and the developer. The information is always available directly from the application (where you need it) so you never need to go searching for the answer to your question again.
Do you really like the application you are using? Wish there was a way to quickly find out if the developer offers any other programs you might like? With Tap4Help the information is only a few taps away.
With Tap4Help you can send a note recommending an app to a friend without ever leaving the application.
